Once you decide what you want, it’s time to set some goals and discover what’s needed to get there. A life coach can help you do that and bring clarity to the process.
Identifying blocks and how to overcome them.
Blocks are things that are holding you back from reaching your goals. Some blocks are obvious, while others are hidden in your subconscious. A life coach can ask powerful questions to help you uncover and overcome stumbling blocks.
Keeping you on track.
A life coach can cheer you on while holding you accountable. It helps to have someone to check with you and note your progress, giving guidance and encouragement when needed.
How Do I know If Coaching is Right For Me?
Life Coaching is not therapy. If you suspect you have depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, or something else, please seek the help of a qualified mental health professional or physician. It is possible to see a life coach and a therapist at the same time.

How It Works
Schedule a Free 1:1
I provide a complimentary first session so that we can get to know each other and see if we have a good coach-client match. Why is good rapport important? A certain level of trust is necessary to disclose your thoughts, dreams and weakness and work towards change together.
Book Your Sessions
You can choose to meet online or, if you are in the area, in-person. Keep in mind that for most life goals, you will need at least 8 -12 sessions to see the progress you desire.
